Inaugur\u00e9 en 1929, l&rsquo;h\u00f4tel Molitor a su conserver ce style ann\u00e9es 30 qui transpire de ses chambres \u00e0 ses piscines. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais l&rsquo;h\u00f4tel, ferm\u00e9 en 1989, a ensuite \u00e9t\u00e9 laiss\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;abandon durant plusieurs ann\u00e9es, et a donc \u00e9t\u00e9 investi par de nombreux street-artists qui ont profit\u00e9 de cette friche pour laisser libre court \u00e0 leur inspiration. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2011, l&rsquo;h\u00f4tel est compl\u00e8tement r\u00e9nov\u00e9 tout en conservant son style caract\u00e9ristique, illustr\u00e9
